They will only use the information necessary to complete the required process. 11. Cancellation Policy:

    1. Free Cancellations:
       Cancellations are accepted at any time when no form of payment, such as a credit or debit card, is provided to secure the rental reservation.

    2. Guaranteed Reservations:
       Cancellations are accepted up to one calendar day prior to the reservation date. There is no charge for cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to pick-up time. If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours prior to pick-up or if the reservation is not used, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

    3. “Pay Now” reservation cancellation fee:
       Please note that you must present the card you prepaid with when you pick up the rental vehicle. If a “Pay Now” reservation is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to pick-up time, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. If a “Pay Now” reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to pick-up time or if the reservation is not used, a $100 no-show fee will apply.

12. Return Policies:

    1. When returning the vehicle, if the customer arrives within the first two hours following the agreed return time, they will be charged the equivalent of half a day’s rental.
    2. When returning the vehicle, if the customer arrives more than two hours after the agreed return time, the customer will be charged the equivalent of a full day for late return
13.  Delivery Policies

    1. At Cat Rent Car, we are committed to making your rental experience as convenient and efficient as possible.

    2. We offer flexible options for the delivery of the vehicle that best suits your needs.

    3. You can pick up your rental car at any of our convenient pick up and drop off points, free of charge ONLY in Punta Cana, Cap Cana, and Cap Cana.
       in Punta Cana, Cap Cana, and Punta Cana Airport or if you prefer, we offer you the convenience of, delivering the vehicle to your preferred location for an ADDITIONAL COST, in the areas of Uvero Alto, Bavaro, Miches and Las Americas Airport.

    4. At the time of delivery, our representative will perform an inspection of the vehicle with you, to ensure that the condition of the vehicle is optimal and corresponds with the rental contract.

    5. For your convenience, we also offer you the possibility to return the car at different pick-up locations, subject to an EXTRA charge on your rate.

    6. At Cat Rent Car, your trip begins when you decide.
